Kendrix is a storytelling operating system for independent video creators — an opinionated, end-to-end workflow that turns one idea into a finished, narrated video, with the creator directing and approving every step. It handles the production crafts — writing, storyboarding, narration, music, sound design and assembly — for YouTube and short-form platforms. AI does that production work, but it’s an implementation detail: the product is the workflow, and the standard it holds every story to.
What Kendrix is not
Who Kendrix is for
Independent creators making story-driven video — horror, children’s stories, history and documentary, education, and other narrative genres — who publish consistently and want to stay in creative control. Kendrix is designed around one person doing the whole job, not a production team.
How it works
One idea becomes a story with a hook, graded before you ever see it. Scenes lay out on a storyboard you can reshoot or steer. Visuals, motion, voice and music assemble into a finished cut. It publishes to YouTube on your schedule, after you approve it — TikTok and Reels publishing are next.
Where Kendrix is today
Kendrix is in development and not yet publicly available. Its own channels are the first customer: the workflow has to work for those before it’s opened to anyone else. Access is invite-only while that’s proven out.
